Warranty Period and Coverage:

  • Accessories are available for replacement throughout the product's lifespan; however, charges may apply.
  • Consumables such as light bulbs are not included in the warranty coverage.

Throughout the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts, while the customer is responsible for the associated shipping costs. Damages resulting from improper handling or intentional damage are not covered under the warranty. However, customers have the option to purchase replacement parts at cost, with shipping costs also borne by them.

After-Sales Process:

  1. If your lighting fixture requires after-sales service, kindly email us a detailed description of the issue along with relevant pictures at support@luminexhome.com.
  2. We will promptly assess whether the reported issue falls within the warranty coverage.
  3. In cases deemed within warranty coverage, we will provide accessories free of charge. Customers can choose to pay for the accessory shipping fee or provide a courier account for shipping. Replacement parts will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, and customers will receive guidance on the replacement process, with the assurance that accessories provided within the warranty period are free of charge.
  4. For cases deemed outside warranty coverage, we will provide customers with a quote for the required accessories. Once confirmed, replacement parts will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Customers can either pay the shipping fee directly to us or provide a courier account for shipping.
